Hath= Is my 4 unit. Statewide construction. 3 bedroom 2 bath SFH house in the front unit 1.
3 - 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments in a detached building with 4 garages, alley access and laundry room. The downstairs apartment has 2 bathrooms.
UO=Is my personal residence. A 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 story SFH with a full basement and detached garage.
Cabin=Is in Idyllwild CA. 3 bedroom 2 baths that my brother and I co-own.
