This room only needed the floor refinished.
This floor was the worst of all in the apartment - it was very dark, extremely scratched & worn.
The paint is left over from allowing tenants to choose colors - which we no longer allow. Since it is in good condition and we have touch up paint, it will stay until repainting is needed.
