This unique section of our website allows regular visitors (cyberclub members) to create your own individual Picture Page where you can post pictures to enhance the Q & A discussion (up to 10 pics for cyberclub members, unlimited # for goldclub). So when discussing a topic in the Q & A Forum, you are now able to refer other participants to your picture page to help illustrate your point. All Member Picture Pages will be indexed for easy reference (i.e., Sean(CA). Picture Pages). Utilizing these picture pages can be a tremendous free tool for additional communication of ideas, for example to show:

• How a property has been fixed up to appeal to prospects
• Examples of property damage caused by residents
• Examples of acceptable wear and tear
• Item(s) left behind by former resident
• Rehab progress or remodeling project
• Unusual tools or equipment
• Landscaping and renovation ideas
• Scanned rental document for critique
• Example of a unique advertising sign or flyer.
• Pictures of things that could be a landlord liability.
• A property or neighborhood where one is thinking of buying
• Group pictures from a MrLandlord get-together or conference.
• Repair questions (i.e. "How do you fix something that looks like this..").

Individual members are free to post both pictures and captions for each picture, however this section of the site is monitored. Pictures should be real estate related. Do not post any offensive pictures or any pictures that include residents. Please report any offensive pictures to the webmaster, which will be deleted and the member posting such pictures will be subject to having access denied from future postings.
